Robi艂em to ciasto kilka razy , na r贸偶ne sposoby uk艂adania,聽 zwijania w foremkach i na ro偶kach.

  • Ciasto nale偶y rozdrobni膰 na jak najwi臋cej nitek .
  • U艂o偶y膰 w dowolny spos贸b,聽 ale tak aby by艂o miejsce na orzechy i pistacje.
  • Rozdrobni膰 orzechy i pistacje .
  • W u艂o偶one ciasto na艂o偶y膰 mieszank臋 orzech贸w.
  • Rozgrza膰 piekarnik do 180 stopni.
  • Pieczemy tak d艂ugo a偶 si臋 ciasto 艂adnie zarumieni.
  • Mieszamy mi贸d oko艂o trzech 艂y偶ek i sok z cytryny mo偶na doda膰 wody r贸偶anej .

Kataifi

Ingredients: Kataifi pastry, Walnuts, Pistachios, Honey, Lemon Juice (Fresh is best).

I only made this kind of pastry only a few times,聽 using different methods like filling out a form or wrapping around a cone.

1. Try to get the pastry into as many individual strings as possible.

2. Form it as you would like, as long as it has space for the walnuts and pistachios.

3. Crush the walnuts and pistachios.

4. Place the crushed mix into the form you have just made.

5. Preheat the oven to 180c.

6. Bake the the pastry until it turns to a nice light brown color.

7. For the sauce, mix about 3 tablespoons of honey with the lemon juice.

8. We can now take our forms and pour over them with the sauce.

9. Depends on how you made it now its ready for cutting and serving.

10. Enjoy.
