Składniki:
- Piwo Guinness 2 szt 500ml
- Gruszki 3 szt
- Ciasto francuskie 1 płat
- Miód 2 łyżki
- Sok z połowy cytryny
- Brązowy cukier 100 g
- Cynamon
- Masło 20 g
Przygotowanie:
- Obieramy gruszki i odcinamy spód, by stały prosto
- Do garnka wlewamy jedno !!! Piwo i dodajemy cukier, doprowadzić do wrzenia
- Obrane gruszki, skropić sokiem z cytryny
- Zmniejszyć temperaturę, włożyć gruszki i gotować około 20 minut, co jakiś czas je obracając
- Ciasto francuskie pociąć na 1 cm paski
- Masło roztopić w mikrofali
- Wyciągnąć gruszki, lekko je osuszyć papierem
- Nie wyłączać temperatury pod garnkiem
- Paskami ciasta owinąć gruszki i pomalować masłem
- Włożyć do nagrzanego piekarnika ( 180 stopni ) na jakieś 20-30 minut
- Do naszego garnka dodać miód i cynamon, mieszając co jakiś czas zredukować nasz likier
- Wyciągnąć na talerz polać likierem i gotowe
- Otworzyć DRUGIE piwo, nalać do kufla

Ingredients:
- Guinness – 2 pcs 500ml
- Pears – 3 pcs
- Puff pastry – 1 slice
- Honey – 2 tablespoons
- Half a lemon of juice.
- Brown sugar – 100 g
- Cinnamon
- Butter – 20 g
Preparation:
- Peel the pears and cut the bottom of so they can be stood up.
- To the pot we add only ONE beer. Also add sugar and get it to boil.
- Peeled pears cover in lemon juice.
- Turn down the temp in the pot, add the pears, rotate them from time to time, about 20 mins.
- The pastry cut into 1cm strips.
- Melt butter.
- Remove the pears dry slightly with paper.
- Dont remove the heat from the pot.
- Wrap the pears with the pastry and paint with butter.
- Place into a preheated oven (180c) for 20-30 mins.
