Składniki

• 700 g świeżych truskawek
• 2 gwiazdki anyżu
• 2 gałązki tymianku
• Skórka z cytryny
• Sok z cytryny
• Odrobina soli
• 200 g cukru
• 200 ml wody

Przygotowanie

• Wodę wymieszaj z cukrem w rondelku, zagotuj i przez chwilę gotuj, aż woda lekko odparuje, a syrop trochę zgęstnieje, wyłącz i odstaw na bok.
• Truskawki obierz, włóż do miski anyż i tymianek, na górę położy truskawki, dodaj odrobinę soli, skórkę i sok z cytryny.
• Wlej wodę do garnka, odrobinę mniejszego niż miska z truskawkami, połóż miskę na garnek, ale tak by spód miski nie dotykał wody i zagotuj wodę.
• Truskawki pod wpływem kąpieli parowej, zaczną się rozwalać, ale nie będę tracić swoich wartości, tak jak podczas gotowania, u mnie trwało to ok. 30 minut.
• Następnie wyciągnij anyż i tymianek, resztę wlej do blendera plus syrop, wszystko zmiksuj dość mocno.
• Jeśli posiadasz maszynkę do lodów, możesz jej użyć.
• Ja wstawiłem miskę z sorbetem do zamrażalnika i co godzinę mikserem mieszkałem całość.
• Podawaj z listkami mięty.

Preparation
Mix the water with sugar in a saucepan, bring to a boil and cook for a while until the water evaporates slightly, and the syrup thickens a little, turn it off and set aside.
Peel the strawberries, put the anise and thyme into the bowl, put strawberries on top, add a little salt, lemon zest and juice.
Pour water into a pot, a little smaller than a bowl of strawberries, put a bowl on the pot, but so that the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water and boil water.
Strawberries under the influence of a steam bath will start to break down, but I will not lose my values, just like during cooking, for me it took about 30 minutes.
Then, take out the anise and thyme, pour the rest into the blender plus syrup, mix everything quite well.
If you have an ice cream machine, you can use it.
I put a bowl of sorbet in the freezer and lived the whole hour with the mixer.
Serve with mint leaves.
