Zapraszam
Omlet.
Starożytni Rzymianie rzekomo zrobili pierwszy omlet, a ponieważ był słodzony miodem, nazwali go ovemele, jajka i miód.

I invite you
Omelette.
The ancient Romans allegedly made the first omelette, and because it was sweetened with honey, they called it ovemele, eggs and honey.
Some say the word omelette comes from here.
Others maintain that the word is derived from an amulet, which in French means a blade, describing the long, flat shape of the omelette.
No matter who first invented the omelette, mine is the best.
Of course, I `m joking.
The fantastic thing about omelette is that you can serve it with anything, sweet, savory, spicy or just by yourself without anything.
I invite you to my version of omelette.
Components
3 eggs
1 tablespoon Crème Fraiche
15 g butter
Pepper in balls
Cumin
salt
Rocket
Preparation
Kimek and pepper were made much earlier.
Pour all pepper and cumin into the pan and lightly fry.
Transfer to a mortar and knead.
Mix the eggs with Crème Fraiche and a pinch of pepper and fireplace.
Heat a non-stick pan and melt the butter.
Reduce the temperature and pour the mixture.
Fry the omelette for about 10 minutes, sometimes stirring the pan.
Then transfer the omelette to a plate, apply the rocket and roll it up.
Sprinkle with pepper and a fireplace.
Finished.
