Przygotowanie :
- Pistacje obrać i rozdrobnić
- Jabłka pozbawić pestek i pokroić w talarki
- Masło rozpuścić w mikrofali około 30s
- Ciasto rozłożyć, pomalować masłem i posypać cynamonem następnie polać miodem
- Równomiernie rozłożyć pistacje, płatki migdałowe i jabłka
- Posypać ponownie cynamonem i miodem
- Zwinąć ciasto w rulon i pokroić na około 1-1,5 cm ciastka
- Ułożyć na blaszce wyłożonej papierem do pieczenia
- Pomalować masłem i posypać cukrem pudrem
- Piec w nagrzanym piekarniku do 200 stopni około 15-20 minut
- Wyciągnąć, posypać cukrem pudrem i gotowe
- Smacznego
Czas przygotowania okolo 10 minut plus pieczenie .Wyszło 10 ciastek (10 mins, we got about 10)

Ingredients:
- Puff pastry
- Pistachios – 1 Bag
- Almond flakes – 1 Bag
- Apple – 2 pcs
- Honey
- Cinnamon
- Butter – 20 g
- Powdered sugar
Preparation:
- Peel the pistachios and crush them.
- Remove the seeds from the apples and cut into slices.
- Melt the butter.
- Set out the pastry, paint it with butter, cover it with Cinnamon, lastly add honey.
- As evenly as possible cover it with the pistachios, flakes and apples.
- Once again cover with Cinnamon and honey.
- Roll the pastry in to a tube like shape and cut into 1-1.5 cm slices.
- Set them onto a tray that is covered in cooking paper.
- Paint them with butter and cover in Powdered sugar.
- Bake in the oven for about 15-20 mins at 200 c.
- Remove them, cover in Powdered sugar and serve.
